Honey Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup liquid honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan and saute garlic until tender. Add ketchup, honey, and soy sauce.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer five minutes.
