Marsala Sauce
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup Beef broth
1/2 cup Marsala Wine
1 Small onion, Minced
2 cloves garlic, Crushed
1/2 pound mushrooms, Thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
In a Skillet saute garlic and onion in oil until almost brown. Add mushrooms and simmer about 3 minutes.
In a med saucepan make a roux with the butter and the flour. Then add beef broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 3 minutes then add Marsala Wine. Simmer until it thickens a little. Add onion and mushroom mixture to gravy and simmer for about 5 minutes
