Coriander Pesto

1 cup packed roughly chopped coriander
1/2 cup grated strong Italian cheese (asiago, crotonese or aged provolone)
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 tbsp. lime juice
1-2 tbsp. minced fresh hot chilies OR 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
