Basil Tartar Sauce

1/2 c. packed basil leaves
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
dash of ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of red pepper sauce


Rinse basil under very hot water; pat dry. In food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth. Makes about 1/2 cup; 95 calories per tablespoon.
