Seafood Cocktail Sauce
1 c. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. salt
1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve with chilled cooked shrimp and crab, crab cakes, fried clams and raw oysters. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.
