Connie posted 04-13-98 7:50 Chili Nuts 2 tbls. butter or margarine 12 oz. jar dry roasted peanuts 3 Tbl. dry Chili mix or Spanish Rice seasoning mix Melt butter in shallow baking dish or pie plate in micro. Stir in peanuts coating well with butter. Sprinkle with dry Chili mix and stir again. Cook 5 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking. Cool before serving for best flavor.
