Crispy Cheese Crackers
1 lb. shredded cheddar
2 cups flour
2 cups fresh rice crispies
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
2 sticks butter, melted
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss until well blended.

Form mixture into 1" balls and arrange 1" apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Use the tines of a fork to form a criss-cross patttern while pressing balls into disks 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick.
Bake until edges are golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
