Homemade Potato Chips
2 medium-size russet potatoes (about 1 pound) sliced 1/16 inch thick
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease a nonstick baking sheet.
Arrange the potato slices in 1 layer on the sheet and bake, turning occasionally for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine the cheese and paprika and sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes.
Bake 5 minutes more, let cool, and transfer to a serving dish.
Makes about 2 cups or 120 chips.
