Mexican Munch
1 (3 oz.) can onion rings
2 cups bite-size corn chex
1 (4 oz.) can potato sticks
3/4 cup Spanish peanuts
1/4 cup margarine, melted
Half of a 1-1/8 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
In 9x13 pan, combine first 4 ingredients. Drizzle with margarine and stir well. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over top; mix well. Bake in 300 degree oven 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Cool thoroughly. Store in airtight container.
