Caramel Corn
1/2 c. margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. Salt
Mix all of the ingredients and boil 1 minute. Add 1/2 tsp. Baking soda. Pour over 16 cups popped corn which has been placed in a large, brown paper sack. Cook in microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Take out and shake. Put back into microwave and cook 1 1/2 minutes more. Pour out on cookie sheets and cool.
