Jell-O Popcorn
2 1/2 quarts popped white popcorn
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1 (3 ounce) pkg. strawberry gelatin
Place popcorn in a large lightly buttered bowl. Combine syrup and sugar in a medium-size saucepan. Bring to a boil and then boil for one minute. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Pour over popcorn and mix until popcorn is well coated. Spread out on a large greased cookie sheet. Let cool. Break into small clusters.
