Paper Bag Microwave Carmel Corn

1 C brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/4 C white Karo syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3-4 qt popped corn


Put first 4 ingredients in a 2 qt microwave safe dish, and bring to a boil (approx 2 minutes on high. Stir in baking soda. Place popped corn in large brown bag and pour syrup mixture over the corn. Close and shake. Place closed bag in microwave and cook on high for 90 seconds. Pour into a bowl, stir and eat! (Careful- it's hot!)
