Peanut Butter Popcorn Bars

10 c popped popcorn
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Butter a 13 by 9 pan. Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
Bring sugar and corn syrup to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, then remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla, stir to mix well. Pour over popcorn and mix until well coated. Press into prepared pan. Cool slightly before cutting.
Makes 2 dozen.
