Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Seeds from 1 pumpkin
Salt
Preheat oven to 300° F.
Clean seeds then soak them in salt water overnight.
Drain off water and spread seeds on a cookie sheet sprinkled with salt.
Bake until they start to turn brown and get crisp on edges.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
