Zesty Snack Mix
4 cups corn cereal squares
2 cans potato sticks, (3 ounces total)
1 cup honey-toasted peanuts
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 to 4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Place first 3 ingredients in a large (3-quart) microwavable bowl or casserole. Combine melted butter and remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, mixing well. Drizzle butter mixture over cereal mixture and toss to coat well. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Cool completely on paper towels.
Makes 6 cups.
