Sweet and Spicy Pecans
2 Tbl. unsalted butter
3 cups pecan halves
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 Tbl. each: ground cumin, pure chilli powder
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tbl. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
Heat oven to 350.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add pecans; cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add brown sugar; cook until lightly carmelized, about 3 minutes. Stir in cumin, chili powder and paprika. Add vinegar; cook until all liquid has evaporated, 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt.
Spread pecans on baking sheet. Bake until crisp, about 3-5 minutes; cool. Store in airtight container until ready to serve.
