Toffee Peanuts
1 Cup raw peanuts
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon salt
Combine peanuts and sugar over medium heat in skillet until clear and carmel color. Stir the entire time and then add vanilla. Turn out on foil and sprinkle with salt; cool.
