Ground Beef Soup

Hamburger Soup

1 lb. ground beef
2 large cans of V-8 juice
1 large can of baked beans
1 (14 to 15 oz.) can each of: green beans, carrots, peas, corn, limas, sliced potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste.


Brown ground beef, drain. Combine all ingredients and cook until boiling. Add more juice if needed.

Freezes well too.
