Hamburger soup
1 lb. hamburger(ground beef)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 (10 oz.)cans condensed tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
2 cups grated carrots
1/2 to 1 tsp. marjoram leaves,crushed
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, brown beef, onion and celery; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer
over low heat 10 to 20 mins or until carrots are tender and soup is thoroughly heated.
