Italian Soup

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (28 oz.) can pureed tomatoes
salt, pepper and oregano to taste
zucchini, carrots, broccoli-chopped small, as desired
1/4 cup small shell pasta, uncooked
grated cheese for garnish


Brown sausage, onion and garlic in pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer slowly.

After everything is pretty well cooked, add pasta and cook until it is tender.

Serve with grated cheese.
