BLT Soup
6 slices raw seasoned bacon
1 cup diced tomatos
1/2 cup flour
5 cups whole milk
2 cubes pork bullion
3 tbs. salt or 1 tsp. pork base
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded lettuce
Chop bacon and add to hot soup pot and cook until brown. Reduce heat and stir in flour. Continue until paste like consistency. Add milk and stir. Add seasonings and base.
When simmering add tomatoes. Simmer approx ten minutes. Put in bowls and add shredded lettuce..
