Tortellini Soup
1 cup carrots sliced thin
1 cup celery sliced thin
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bag frozen tortellini, cooked
1 (28 oz.) jar good spaghetti sauce
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 cup frozen peas
Dash of extra herbs
In a big pot, saute veggies until tender crisp, then toss in everything else but the peas. Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes until veggies are soft.
Add peas and herbs if you need it, simmer a couple of minutes and serve.
