Mexican Casserole

1 1/2 lb. Hamburger
1 onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
8 oz. Sour cream
2 eggs
12 flour tortillas
corn chips
12 oz. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese


Brown hamburger with onion. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Simmer about 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix 8 oz. sour cream and eggs.

Spray 9x13 pan. Layer at least three layers: Tortillas, meat mixture, sour cream, corn chips, and cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to one hour, or till browned.
