Carnitas

boneless country style pork ribs
oil
cumin
chili powder
garlic salt


Cut ribs into cubes (leave some fat on).

Heat up enough oil for frying, add cubes of pork, sprinkle with seasonings (to taste) cook until brown.

Can eat plain (sprinkled with fresh lime) (cilantro opt.) or in a flour tortilla with lettuce, cheese, tomato,
guacamole, sour cream etc.

Don’t forget to squeeze on some lime-that’s what makes this so good.
