Tropical Gazpacho

Spicy Tropical Gazpacho 

Recipe By : Cooking Light-3/98 
 
1 cup tomato juice 
1 cup pineapple juice 
1/2 cup chopped peeled mango 
1/2 cup chopped peeled papaya 
1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple 
1/2 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber 
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper 
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro 
1/4 teaspoon salt 
1/2 to 1 tsp hot sauce 


Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and pulse 4 times or until combined.  Cover and chill. 

1 cup= 83 cal, 0.4 g fat, 1.3 g pro, 20.5 g carb, omg chol, 375 mg sod
