No Peek Stew

2 lbs. stew meat
1 (2.5 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup ginger ale


Throw all ingredients into a pot with a tight-fitting lid and bake at 350 degrees F. for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Do not peek.

Yield: 6 servings.
