Southwestern Pork Stew

3 tbl. flour
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 1/4 lbs. pork tenderloin -- cubed
2 tbl. olive oil
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 large onion -- cut in 1" chunks
1 large green pepper -- cubed
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomaoes
1 cup frozen corn kernels -- thawed
1 (4.5 oz.) can diced green chiles
1/2 cup stuffed green olives -- sliced
1/4 cup raisins
1 tbl. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon


In a large zip-top bag, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add pork; seal and toss to coat well.

In Dutch oven or large saucepot over med.-high heat, brown pork in hot oil 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Add garlic, onion and peppers; cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally or until thickened.
