Asparagus casserole
1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
2 (15-16oz)cans aparagus spears
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
12 saltine crackers, crushed
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat soup with juice from one can of asparagus and set aside.
Layer asparagus, sliced eggs ,crushed crackers. Pour soup mixture over layered asparagus. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook until bubbly at 350 degrees.
