Asparagus Pasta
1/2 lb. bow tie or rotini pasta
1 bunch asparagus
1 Tbl. olive oil
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
dash red pepper flakes
1/3 cup chicken broth
Parmesan cheese
fresh ground pepper
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions; drain.
Cut l asparagus in 2" diagonal slices and saute in olive oil until it turns a bright green.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes to asparagus.
Stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add
chicken broth.
Add asparagus mixture to pasta and toss well
until it is well blended. Add Parmesan cheese, fresh ground pepper and serve.
