Bok Choy
Category vegetables
1 head of bok choy or cabbage, shredded
1 lb. bacon
1 container sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute bacon in large skillet, remove bacon and drain most of grease.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Saute bok choy in small amount of bacon fat about 5 minutes or until almost soft. Add bacon and stir in sour cream.
