Broccoli Salad
6 cups broccoli flowerettes
3/4 cups cashew halves
3/4 cups raisins (plumped with a little water in the microwave)
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/3 cup sugar (or Splenda for low-carb version)
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar; toss with vegetables and refrigerate a couple of hours before serving.
