Another Broccoli and Rice Casserole

4 cups chopped cooked or steamed broccoli
2 cups cooked rice (do not use instant)
2 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated, divided use
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup *(Campbell's®)*
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup*
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

*Or use 3 cups cream sauce (optional).


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Hold back 1/2 cup cheese.

Put in large baking pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese.

Place in oven,uncovered, no more then 20 minutes.

When cheese is melted, remove. Ready to serve



Broccoli Casserole

1 (20 oz) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli,cooked and drained
1 cup Minute rice, not cooked
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 stick of margarine
1 (10-3/4 oz)can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Kraft® cheese whiz
1 tsp. salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onion in butter.

Mix all ingredients lightly and put in casserole.

Bake at 350 deg. for 35 to 40 minutes.
