Cabbage Pudding

Shred cabbage and place in a 2 qt casserole. Layer saltine crackers. Another layer of cabbage. Pour enough milk to cover half. Top with a layer of crushed Ritz crackers and several dots of butter. Bake 350 until butter melts and cabbage has "set".

NOTE: This was my 92 yr old grandmother's recipe which she used right up to the last couple of months before she passed away. She never used measurements, but it always turned out great!
