Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

1 medium cabbage, cut up
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup uncooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10-1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 tsp. vinegar


Place cabbage in a large greased baking dish and preheat oven to 350° F.

Brown beef and onion. Stir in rice, season with salt and pepper and place over cabbage.

Combine soup, water and vinegar. Pour over all and cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 1 hour.
