Caramelized Onions
4 medium onions, sliced
2 tsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
Cook onion and sugar in hot oil in nonstick skillet, stirring often,
20-25 minutes over low heat, or until onion is caramel colored.
Stir in water, vinegar, and 1/4 tsp. Salt.
