Buttered Baby Carrots

1 package, 16 ounces, of baby carrots
1/4 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of water
2 tablespoons of salted butter or margarine
2 sprigs of fresh dill or parsley
More salt if you want it


In a one quart saucepan, put in the carrots, the orange juice, the water and the butter. Put a lid on the pan. Cook for 10 or 15 minutes over medium-low heat until the carrots are tender.

When they are tender, take the lid off the pan and cook for a few more minutes, until most of the juice is gone.

Use scissors to cut up the dill or the parsley and put it in the pan. Add the salt if you want it. Stir it up and serve.
