Carrots: Cinnamon Carrots

Cinnamon Carrots

2 lb carrots, sliced on the diagonal or a small bag of baby
1/3 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c boiling water
1 tsp salt


Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt and mix in with the carrots. Pat the butter on top and pour the boiling water over the top. Bake at 350 for 90 min.
