Carrots: Deviled Carrots

Deviled Carrots
From the kitchen of: Gayle Carson, New Jersey.

8 carrots
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
Few drops Tabasco
Salt and pepper


Slice the carrots, not too thin; melt the butter; and saute' the carrots for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, mustard, Tabasco, salt and pepper, cover and cook another 10 minutes.

Serves 6
