Marinated Carrots

2 lbs. small carrots
1 onion, chopped medium fine pieces
1 green pepper, chopped medium fine
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad oil - do not use olive oil
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper


Peel and slice carrots. Cook until almost done, but not soft - about 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Add onion, celery and green pepper to carrots.

Mix remaining ingredients in a blender until very well mixed. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.

Keep refrigerated - keeps a long time.
