Spicy Lemon Carrots
1 pound sliced carrots
1 cup water
1/4 tsp. whole cloves
2 tbl. reduced-calorie margarine
1 tbl. honey
grated zest of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
Cook carrots and cloves in water, covered, until tender; drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Makes 4 servings.
