Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes

5 potatoes - peeled and sliced into circles
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. cheddar cheese - shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs


Cook potatoes 20 min. or until tender.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13" baking pan.

Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour, add milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat.

Add the salt, parmesan and cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese melts then add potatoes. Stir gently to mix.

Put in pan, sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 30- 35 min.
