Cheesed Spinach

Cheesed Spinach

10 oz. chopped cooked spinach, drained
3 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. grated horseradish


Place onion and spinach in the top of a double boiler pan, over water. When the onion is softened, add the remaining ingredients and cover to melt cheeses.

Serves 4.

For company, serve this stuffed in a tomato and baked until heated through.
