Balsamic Vidalia Onions
1 serving
1 Vidalia Onion
1 beef boullion cube or equivalent of powdered boullion
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or 2 tsp. olive oil
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut cone-shaped piece from top of onion and mince.
Place onion and minced
top in oven/grill proof single-serving
dish.
Put boullion in onion cavity and pour vinegar OR oil over.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1
hour or "bake" on upper shelf of grill for same amount of time.
