Corn Pudding

2 C frozen corn kernels
2 T sugar
2 T flour
1/2 t salt
dash pepper
2 eggs
1 1/4 C milk
2 T margarine or butter, melted
1/2 t nutmeg


Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 1 quart casserole or souffle dish.

Combine corn, sugar, flour, salt and pepper in 2 quart bowl. Stir in eggs, then milk and margarine. Pour into casserole; sprinkle with nutmeg.

Set casserole in baking pan on middle oven rack. Pour 1 1/2" hot water into pan. Bake until knife inserted 1/2 way between center & edge comes out clean, 50 - 55 min.
