Corn: Creamed Corn

Creamed Corn

20 oz. frozen corn (fresh)
8 ounces whipping cream
8 ounces milk
1 teaspoon salt
6 teaspoons sugar
2 Tablespoons melted butter
2 Tablespoons flour


Combine all but flour and butter. Bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes. Blend flour and butter and add to corn mixture, heat until thick.
