Curried Corn

2 (16 ounce) cans corn, drained or two (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen corn, thawed and drained
1/4 cup chopped green sweet pepper
2 Tbls. grated onion
3 Tbls. butter or margarine
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 tea. curry powder
1/4 tea. salt
1/8 tea. freshly ground pepper


Saute the corn, sweet pepper and onion in the butter or margarine for 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Stir in the sour cream, curry powder, salt and pepper. Heat the mixture slowly, stirring constantly; do not allow the mix to boil or the sour cream may curdle.

Serves 6 to 8
