Kathleen's Freezer Corn with Butter Sauce

8 cups corn cut off the cob -- blanched,
2 teaspoons salt
1 stick butter -- (butter preferred)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup water


This takes a bit of extra time but is well worth it and we make make it an assembly line
production with the kids as well.

Heat an electric skillet to 350. Cook all the ingredients for about 3 minutes. Stir a couple
of times. Cool on cookie sheets. Put into bags dividing sauce between the bags. Freeze.
