Corn Pudding

Corn Pudding

1/2 to 1 stick butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
salt and Pepper to taste
1 cup scaled milk
2 cans whole kernal corn, drained


Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In saucepan melt butter, sugar. Add eggs, flour, salt,pepper and scalded milk, stirring until blended with no lumps. Remove from heat and stir in corn.

Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes @ 325.
