Roasted Sweet Corn with Fresh Herbs

4 ears sweet corn
1 bunch fresh herbs (basil, cilantro, or tarragon)
1/2 stick sweet butter (2 oz.), softened
salt and pepper, to taste


Peel and clean corn, rub with softened butter and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Pick leaves from bunches of herbs, place on buttered corn and wrap in foil.

Roast in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, serve hot. Serves 4.
