Corn and Jalapeno Casserole
2 cans (16 oz. each) white corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) can chopped jalapeno peppers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix corn, cream cheese and peppers in 1-1/2 qt. covered casserole. Bake covered about 30 minutes or until heated through.
